Swiss watch maker Breitling today said it has appointed Richemont chief Georges Kern as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Kern was earlier the Head of Watchmaking, Marketing and Digital at Richemont, the company said in a statement.
Prior to Richemont, he was CEO of International Watch Company IWC from 2002 to 2016.
In his new role, Kern would be responsible for the company's global development and focus on the digital and retail footprint, especially in the Asian markets.
