British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said Thursday that technical solutions were "readily available" to avoid the return of checks on the border between Ireland and Northern Ireland, an issue that has bedevilled negotiations on Brexit.
"The technical solutions are readily available and they have been discussed at great length," Johnson said as he met French leader Emmanuel Macron in Paris.
"You can have trusted trader schemes, you can have electronic pre-clearing.
