A 45-year-old brick kiln owner was shot dead today by unidentified assailants on the Morna-Bhokaheri road in the district, police said.
The incident took place this morning when Jitender was going to his kiln on his bike, an official from Bhopa police station said.
A case has been registered by the police against unidentified persons.
