A bridge on Gargai river in Wada taluka of the district has crashed, police said tonight.
The bridge on Wada-Pinjal Road caved in late last night, they said, adding nobody injured in the mishap.
The reports said the bridge had become old and collapsed after a heavy truck passed on it.
Due to the collapse, as many as 12 villages lost contact with other side of the bridge.
