Actress Carey Mulligan feels British films are better than movies from other countries because their makers know how to do humour, honesty and understand history better than anyone.
The 30-year-old British actress said there is an amazing wealth of talent in the country, reported The Telegraph.
When asked about the best thing about British film, and making films in the UK, Mulligan said, "They're just better. There's just an amazing wealth of talent in Britain, there's incredible actors and incredible directors and cinematographers and art directors and costume designers.
"We've got a huge history here so there's so many stories to tell and we've got a really amazing multicultural society and so that has so many stories. I think we're really good at comedy and really good at real, honest drama as well.
