Pop star Britney Spears is reportedly fed up of her father controlling her finances.

The 32-year-old singer's personal and professional affairs have been controlled by her dad Jamie Spears and Andrew Wallett since her breakdown in 2008.

But she wants the conservatorship to come to an end so she is free to marry her boyfriend David Lucado, 28, reported Radar online.

"She's so sick of all the bodyguards. And she wants to be out from under her father's thumb. Her relationship with David has never been stronger. She also wants the conservatorship to end so she can be free to marry him," a source said.

Britney, who has two children Sean Preston, eight, and Jayden James, seven, with her ex-husband Kevin Federline, was placed under permanent conservatorship after she was admitted to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center and put on involuntary psychiatric hold in 2008.
