Black Eyed Peas star Will.I.Am says singer Britney Spears is the most disciplined and committed artiste he has worked with.
The 38-year-old rapper has teamed up with Spears on her upcoming album Britney Jean as executive producer, reported Contactmusic.
"Most artists aren't like that... Britney is the most focused and disciplined of all the artists in the industry... Those (other artists) aren't pros. Britney's a pro," Will.I.Am said.
The 'Bang Bang' hitmaker feels being a mother of two kids Sean and Jayden, Spears understands the value of time.
"Her time is valuable: she has kids. And a lot of the time with an artist they'll go into the studio, they'll sit around, they're watching TV, they order some food, they're giggling and joking...," he said.
"Britney's like: 'I'm coming in from 2pm until 6pm.' Her work ethic is pretty admirable," he added.
