To a question on the Vyapam scam in his home state, Singh rejected all charges about his involvement .
There was no violation of the prescribed procedure in my regime. Every thing was done as per the norms and after the proper cabinet decision, he said.
Singh said Prime Minister Narendra Modi was running his government on the same pattern on which he ran his government in Gujarat where opposition members were suspended from the House.
"During the UPA regime, Arun Jaitley used to say obstructionism is the democratic right in the parliament and disrupted the functioning of the parliament for 20 to 22 days in one stretch," Singh said .
