The arrested have been identified as Mohd. Aslam ( 27) and Iqram (23).
"They were not appearing in the court for trial of a case of causing hurt in 2005. Both were declared proclaimed offenders," P Karunakaran, Deputy Commissioner of Police (North-West), said.
