Police recovered the narcotic from a person at Tiruvarur in Tiruvarur district early this morning and arrested him.
On interrogation, he confessed that he got it from Abudagir of Devipattinam near Ramanathapuram, police said.
Police here arrested Abudagir and further investigation is on.
