BRPL to hold two-day Lok Adalat for settlement of cases

Power discom BRPL in association with Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA) will hold a two-day Lok Adalat this weekend for settlement of cases with mutual agreement, for consumers in south and west Delhi.

The Lok Adalat will be held at Saket district court premises on December 10-11. Cases pending in any Court of Law or yet to be filed will be taken up for redressal, said BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL) spokesperson.

Customers desirous of settling their power theft cases can either attend in person or through their advocates or authorised representatives. They should carry their Photo ID and a copy of their theft bills, said the spokesperson.
 

The paperless Lok Adalat will save over Rs 30,000 worth of paper sheets, equivalent to over 4 trees, he said.
