BSE Brokers Forum has joined the international body of Asia Securities Forum (ASF) as a full-fledged member to represent Indian capital markets overseas.
Asia Securities Forum is a body formed to exchange views and information among the securities markets in the Asia-Pacific region and to contribute to the development of securities and economic growth in the region.
The members of ASF include Hong Kong, Australia, China, Chinese Taipei, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Mongolia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Thailand, Turkey and Vietnam.

Sidharth Shah, Chairman, BSE Brokers Forum, said, "the forum has been at the forefront of participating at international conclaves as well as hosting global conferences in India and membership of ASF is one such step towards our coveted objective."
The membership follows the forum's participation as an observer at the 20th Annual General Meeting of the ASF and International Forum for Investor Education Asia Chapter interim meeting held at Seoul, Korea last month.
BSE Brokers Forum promotes investments in capital markets and has 865 trading members.
