Leading stock exchange BSE today launched an online facility to help stock brokers submit requests for approval of advertisements to promote their businesses.
BSE has asked the brokers to submit their request for approval of advertisement through the new facility and discontinue sending physical documents to the exchange.
"Trading members of the exchange are hereby informed that the Exchange has developed a facility in BSE Electronic Filing System (BEFS) for submission of online request and approval of advertisement to promote their business," BSE said in a notice.
The facility would also allow brokers to track the status of their request through the system.
"This facility has been made live in BEFS from today," it said.
