A BSF constable was electrocuted during a religious function in a temple in Sriganganagar district of Rajasthan, police said today.
Power got disconnected during the Ramnavmi function in the temple inside BSF premises last night.
The constable Dimpal Kumar was checking the fault in power lines but he accidentally touched a live wire and was electrocuted, police said.
He was rushed to a government hospital where he was declared dead on arrival, the police said.
