Imphal, Oct 9 (PTI) A BSF deputy commandant was injured in a bomb blast at Koirengei in Manipur's Imphal West district, police said today.
The bomb was planted allegedly by insurgents on the roadside and exploded when a patrol party of BSF 115 battalion was crossing the area at 10.50 am, they said.
The deputy commandant was identified as L Tonsing, police added.
