BSF troops have nabbed one person for allegedly trying to smuggle weapons and over 60 kilograms of narcotics along the Indo-Bangla border in West Bengal.
The incident happened yesterday when a Border Security Force (BSF) patrol intercepted a person from Nadia district of the state moving in a suspicious way.
"Two local-made weapons and a mobile phone were recovered from him. The person has been handed over to local police," a senior official said.

In the second incident, BSF troops intercepted smugglers and recovered two packets of 'Ganja' weighing 64kg along the Behra border outpost area.
In the last incident, the troops recovered 585 grams of heroin from Renu border outpost along the same border at around 9pm, they said.
