BSF sleuths today recovered four Pakistani SIM cards from an area close to Bareka border outpost in Ferozepur sector of Punjab .
The four SIMs cards belonged to four different service providers including Zong, Telenor, Mobilink and Uphone, an official spokesman said.
The search operation was carried out following secret inputs. During which these SIM cards were found hidden inside wild grass along the zero line near border pillar no 192/13 around 300 mt from the fence and less than a kilometer from Pakistani post Akbarwala.
Earlier also on several occasions, the BSF troops have recovered Pakistani SIMs from area close to IB which are used by cross-border drug peddlers and anti-national elements to prevent interception by intelligence agencies.
