Border Security Force seized 1 kg of heroin, with street value of Rs 5 crore, along the India-Pakistan border in Ferozepur sector.
The contraband was seized yesterday during a special operation by the personnel at Barreke Border outpost.
The packet was buried in the fields between International Border and Border Security Fence. Its street value is estimated to be around Rs 5 crore, BSF DIG R S Kataria said.
