Buddha Vanam, a Buddhist theme park at Nagarjuna Sagar in Telangana, would be inaugurated soon, B Manohar, Managing Director of Telangana State Tourism Development Corporation Ltd (TSTDC) said today.
Manohar, who was speaking at the 'Telangana Tourism Conclave 2018,'expressed confidence that the state would emerge as the Buddhist Heritage Center in the country in the near future, a release from the organizers said.
It quoted him as saying that President Ram Nath Kovind was likely to inaugurate the Buddhist theme park.
