Congress and Aam Admi Party today hit out at the BJP-led municipal corporations over the building collapse in north Delhi and demanded that the Lt Governor should order a "probe" into the incident.
Both the parties also alleged that such incidents occurred due to the "irresponsible attitude" of the civic bodies.
Ten people including five children and three women were killed when a four-storeyed building collapsed in Tulsinagar area in Inderlok.

Meanwhile, AAP held the alleged "nexus" between the builder mafia and the corporation responsible for the incident.
"The builder mafia is spreading its influence and all the three corporations which form a part of the MCD appear to be actively conniving by allowing their illegal activities to go unchecked," the AAP alleged in a statement.
"Lt Governor should immediately order a judicial probe into how the building collapse took place to find out the reality and fix responsibility by ensuring exemplary punishment for those guilty of lapses that led to this unpardonable incident," said the party.
Sharma also demanded that a high-level inquiry be constituted by Jung to probe the incident along with providing financial assistance to the families of those injured.
The erstwhile unified MCD was in 2012 trifurcated into three corporations -- NDMC(North Delhi Municipal Corporation), SDMC (South Delhi Municipal Corporation and EDMC (East Delhi Municipal Corporation).
