A bullet riddled body was found in a car at Lilong Ngamlou road in Thoubal district this morning, police said.
The body was identified as that of Md Naosad (23) of Khergao Makha Leikai who was shot dead by unidentified gunmen.
The Body has been sent to the Regional Institute of Medical Sciences hospital (RIMS) for post mortem, the sources added.
