Joshua James Corbett, who was arrested for breaking into the Los Angeles home of Hollywood actress Sandra Bullock, has been charged.
According to the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office, the 49 year-old actress' alleged stalker was charged with one felony count each of first-degree residential burglary, stalking and possession of a machine gun, reported E! online.
A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department revealed that the loaded machine gun was found in 39-year-old Corbett's home after a search warrant was granted.

The burglary attempt came only hours after Bullock returned from reuniting with her former leading men, Matthew McConaughey, Keanu Reeves and Hugh Grant, who presented her with the Decade of Hotness Award.
Bullock was given a temporary emergency protective order against Corbett, which will be issued for five days only, according to an LAPD officer.
If the Academy-Award winning actress still wants Corbett to maintain a safe distance from her once the order expires, she will have to put in a request for a permanent restraining order with the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
It has still not been confirmed if the man was trying to stalk the Academy-Award winning actress or steal her belongings, but it was previously reported that he had an "obsession" with her, by keeping a diary about the Hollywood beauty.
Prosecutors are asking Corbett's bail amount be increased from USD 50,000 to USD 185,000.
