A 57-year-old businessman today died during a scuffle with his neighbours over parking issue, police said.

The businessman, identified as Rajender Bhatia, got engaged in scuffle with his four neighbours -- Dharmender (50), Kartik (28), Ashok (57) and Mohit (28) -- around 11.30 am near his house in Patel Nagar area of central Delhi.

"We are yet confirm the reason behind Bhatia's death as he was only slapped and pushed by his neighbours. During the clash, he suddenly fell on the ground. He was rushed to a nearby hospital where doctors declared him dead on arrival," Central Delhi's Deputy Commissioner of Police Alok Kumar said.

According to the official, Bhatia might have suffered cardiac arrest that led to his death because there was no any injury on his body.

Police have booked the four neighbours under Section 304 (punishment for culpable homicide not amounting to murder) of the Indian Penal Code. However, they have not been arrested yet, Kumar said.
