A sum of Rs five lakh was looted
from a businessman by two unidentified persons here today, police said.
Two persons followed the businessman identified as Rajiv Karmakar to a nearby shop where he went to buy sweets after withdrawing the money from a bank.
When One of the two persons vomited on Karmakar causing him to rush for cleaning himself leaving the bag with the money behind on a table, the miscreants took sway the cash, they said.
