Unidentified miscreants allegedly drove off with a businessman's four-wheeler in a carjacking incident near Gang Nahar in the Muradnagar area here, police said today.
According to police, the incident occurred last night when one Shahnawaz, who is a car dealer in Delhi, was on his way to the national capital.
Just as he had reached Gang Nahar, three motorcycle-borne youths overtook his Maruti Swift car and got him to stop the vehicle, ostensibly to seek directions.
But the moment he had lowered his car window, one of the three produced a revolver and asked him to step outside his vehicle.
After he had done so, Shahnawaz was pushed off by the trio who then sped off in the car leaving their motorcycle behind, police said.
