Cold-drink trader Shamshad Khan, a resident of Mohd Santo Malan area under Najibabad police station, was shot at twice around 11 am killing him on the spot when he was walking towards his business establishment, police said.
The motive behind the murder has not yet been ascertained, they said.
Police has launched a manhunt to nab the assailants.
