Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy today said there will be some changes in the Cabinet after the Lok Sabha polls.

Speaking at the meet-the-leader programme of the Malappuram press club here, Chandy said after the elections, there will be some changes in the state cabinet.

"This I had mentioned during the swearing-in ceremony of Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala," he said.

"It will be discussed in the party," he said.

Chandy said the congress-led UDF will register a 'record' victory in the Lok Sabha polls in the state.

CPI-M-led LDF was scared of discussing the achievements of the UDF, he claimed, adding, CPI-M's 'political violence' will be discussed during campaigning.

"The change of stand by leader of opposition V S Achuthanandan in the RMP leader T P Chandrasekharan murder case has not convinced the people and that will not politically help the CPI-M in the election," he added.

Achuthanandan had recently said he was satisfied with the finding of the party inquiry into Chandrasekharan's murder that a local party functionary had conspired to kill him out of personal animosity.
