Police today seized four AK-47 assault rifles and some ammunition from a man at Phunchawng village near here.
Six magazines and 30 rounds of ammunition were also recovered from the man, who was arrested.
The seizure came close to three grenades and 300 rounds of AK-47 ammunition being found in a nearby farmhouse on Tuesday, police said.
