Reality TV star Caitlyn Jenner will join the cast of popular show "Transparent" for its upcoming season three.

Series creator and showrunner Jill Soloway revealed at the 2016 GLAAD Media Awards in Los Angeles on Saturday, April 2 about the former Olympian's casting, reported Aceshowbiz.

Calling Jenner's casting "a dream come true," Soloway said, "We are all part of the same community. A lot of the transwomen who work on our show are also in her show 'I Am Cait'."

Soloway kept details of Jenner's character under wraps, but teased that there would be "lots of crossover. Lots of friends" in the upcoming season.

It's also still unknown for how many episode(s) Jenner is set to appear. The 66-year-old transgender star will begin filming her scenes next week.
