DJ Calvin Harris has scrapped two additional gigs in Las Vegas to recover from injuries he sustained in a car accident.

The "How Deep Is Your Love" hitmaker was scheduled to perform at Hakkasan Nightclub and at Omnia Nightclub at Caesars Palace, reported E! Online.

Both venues issued statements confirming the cancellations were because the star is not well enough to carry out the engagements.

However, representatives for the Scottish musician, 32, real name Adam Wiles, revealed in a post on his Facebook page he is planning on returning to his previous touring schedule as soon as possible.

"Adam is still recovering from the injuries sustained in the car accident last Friday," the social media message reads.

"Unfortunately, as a result he will not be able to perform in Las Vegas at Hakkasan tonight, 5/26 and Omnia tomorrow, 5/27.

He has asked us to pass on his apologies to everyone who was due to attend the shows and hopes to be back to his normal schedule soon.
