The protest was held at India Gate and led by activists including Swami Agnivesh and Himanshu Kumar.
Agnivesh demanded Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh resign or the Centre should sack his government.
"Prime Minister Manmohan Singh should give an explanation to people," he told PTI.
"BJP and Congress have collaborated to loot the mineral- rich state", he alleged and asked Chhattisgarh government to make public all the MOUS his government has signed with multinational corporations.
