Actor Vicky Kaushal, who is attending the Cannes Film Festival for the second time with his latest film "Raman Raghav 2.0", says the movie gala is all about the magic of cinema which goes beyond the usual glamour.
The Anurag Kashyap-directed film will screen in the Directors' Fortnight sidebar of the festival on May 16, which also happens to be Kaushal's birthday.
"Sometimes even I don't believe that such good things are happening in my life at this early stage. It will be my second outing at Cannes and the film is premiering on my birthday," said the 27-year-old star, who first attended the gala for his debut movie "Masaan".

"The most beautiful aspect of a festival like Cannes is that there are so many movies and artistes from all corners of the world. When you talk to them, you feel grounded and motivated. You realise that cinema's language is so vast," he told PTI.
"This is apart from the usual glamour. These moments are not recorded on camera but they are so beautiful. It is a beautiful atmosphere. You can expand your horizon.
