A 10-year-old girl, travelling in the car, was injured in the accident which happened near a flyover close to a toll tax barrier, Butana SHO Sanjiv Malik said.
The dead included an aged woman and her two sons, he said.
The family was travelling to Rohtak after paying obeisance at the Vaisho Devi shrine in Jammu and Kashmir, the SHO said.
