Continuing its rising streak for the fourth straight day, cardamom prices rose further by 1.16% to Rs 943.80 per kg in futures trading today as speculators engaged in enlarging positions amid rising domestic and export demand.

At the Multi Commodity Exchange, cardamom for delivery in August added Rs 10.80, or 1.16% to Rs 943.80 per kg in business turnover of 10 lots.

Similarly, the spice for delivery in September contract gained Rs 1.10, or 0.12% to Rs 918.90 per kg in 104 lots.
