Cardamom prices drifted further lower by 1.12 per cent to Rs 1,102.10 per kg in futures trade today as speculators cut bets, taking negative cues from spot market on easing demand.
Further, ample stock position against higher arrivals from major cardamom producing regions also fuelled the down trend.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, cardamom for delivery in April contracts fell Rs 12.50, or 1.12 per cent, to Rs 1,102.10 per kg in business turnover of 36 lots.
