"Alien: Covenant" actress Carmen Ejogo has come on board the Sony's untitled Denzel Washington thriller.
The legal drama will be helmed by "Nightcrawler" director Dan Gilroy, who has also written the script for the film, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The story follows a Los Angeles attorney who is offered a job at a prestigious law firm after the death of his longtime partner and takes on a case that has life-altering repercussions.
Ejogo has been cast as one of the female leads, a worker at a civil rights organisation.
