Case lodged against Maoists for blowing up mobile phone tower

A case has been registered against activists of the CPI(Maoists) today in connection with the blowing up a mobile phone tower and torching another one in Tisiya village under Kisko Police Station of Lohardagga district yesterday night, the police said.

Police officers said the case has been registered against Ravindra Ganju, Nakul Yadav, Agnu Gope, Sangu, Madan Yadav, Mangal Ganju, Kameshwar Yadav, Deepak Singh Kherwar, Sanjivan alias Chandan and Dinesh Ganju.

The accused had blown up a mobile phone tower, while another tower was torched yesterday night, the officers said.
