The case was filed against Jaiswal, MLA from Rudhauli and his 20 supporters for beating up Dr Sunil Tewari and his wife besides misbehaving with them over the treatment of a patient, reportedly his supporter, yesterday, they said.
The MLA has lodged an FIR against the doctor and his associates, they said, adding investigations were on.
