The British presenter married Kielty, at St Isidore's College chapel in Rome on September 29.
The pair wed in front of 60 friends and family, and Kielty flew out his parish priest from Belfast to officiate the ceremony, reported Daily Mirror.
The couple began dating nine months ago after 10 years of friendship.
