Actress Cate Blanchett says she is proud of 'Harry Potter' star Emma Watson's speech on gender equality at United Nations.
Watson, 24, the newly appointed UN Women Goodwill Ambassador delivered an emotional speech about feminism at the United Nations headquarters in September to help launch the HeForShe gender equality campaign, reported E! Online.
Watson in her speech stated that feminism is about fighting for women's rights and should not be misconstrued as man-hating.

"I was so proud of Emma Watson's speech at the UN It was brilliant, such an incredible use of her airspace, and really passionate. It was fantastic," she said.
