Four cattle traders were today looted of Rs 10 lakh cash allegedly by unidentified men at gun-point here, police said today.
The traders - Tanveer, Nanhe, Irshad and Mehfooz - residents of Gangoh, were on their way to a cattle market in Jalalabad in a mini-truck when the accused plying in a SUV intercepted them, Additional Superintendent of Police Jagdish Sharma said.
The miscreants allegedly robbed Rs 10 lakh cash from the traders and escaped from the spot, Sharma said.
A search is on to nab the accused, the ASP said, adding that the matter is being investigated.
