The chargesheet was filed in the court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate under various sections of IPC and the Immoral Traffic(Prevention) Act, 1956 against Annand Vishwa, Ajay Chaudari, Birinder Singh, Sanjana Rai and Rajkumari.

According to a CBI spokesperson, a case was registered by Anti Human Trafficking Unit of CBI on an information from Darjeeling-based NGO that one 14 year old girl was missing from since November, 2011.

After intensive search at various places, the CBI recovered the girl from Munirka in South Delhi on February 22, the spokesperson said.

During the probe, it was found that the girl was brought by Vishwa on the pretext of providing her a job in Delhi and allegedly abused by various persons and touts at different locations in the city.

Three such touts were traced at Munirka, Shakarpur and Lajpat Nagar in the city and arrested. The premises used by these accused persons for prostitution were also sealed.

During searches conducted in this case, two more instances of sexual exploitation of minor girls came to light in which two separate cases have been registered, the spokesperson said.
