After hearing arguments on the petition filed by Mithilesh Kumar Singh for about two hours, the CBI Court of P K Singh fixed October 4 for further hearing and a direction on the same day.
The lower court began the hearing on the direction of Jharkhand High Court.
The petitioner had moved the High Court after the special CBI court earlier dismissed this petition seeking to make Kumar a co-accused along with ex-Bihar chief ministers Lalu Yadav and Jagannath Mishra.
