CBI opposes plea to transfer Narendra Kumar murder case

The counsel of accused Manoj Gurjar had requested that the case be tried in Bhopal.

The next date of hearing in the case is June 15.

CBI has filed a 12-page charge sheet against Gurjar, a suspected mining mafia member, who is accused of mowing down the IPS officer on March 8, when the latter tried to stop Gurjar's tractor-trolley laden with illegally mined stones.
