Centre appoints Anil Mittal as CVO of State Bank of Mysore

The Centre has appointed a senior Union Bank of India official Anil Mittal as the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of State Bank of Mysore.

Bengaluru-headquartered State Bank of Mysore (SBM) is a subsidiary of State Bank of India.

Mittal, General Manager of Union Bank of India, told PTI that he has been appointed by the government (Centre) as the CVO of SBM for a period of three years.

But, Mittal is yet to take the charge at SBM.

In his current capacity, Mittal is looking after the support services department of Union Bank of India for past one year.
