Senior Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan said the central government has failed to protect security forces personnel who are being killed by militants and Maoists from Jammu and Kashmir in the north to Chattisgarh in the east.
"The government has failed to do anything to save the precious lives of our jawans," Khan told reporters here yesterday, referring to last week's terror strikes in the Kashmir Valley and Naxal attack in Chattishgarh.
Taking a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Khan asked, "Why the Prime Minister is not giving a reply befitting to these attacks."
