Referring to a recent observation by the High Court where it sought clarification on issues such as which institute a parent can have a choice for admission if there were more than one school in the neighbourhood, he said the court has posed some "good questions".
"The Central government should come forward to give due and good explanation to these questions. Only then will the purpose of enacting the legislation be met," Karunanidhi, whose party is a key constituent of the ruling UPA, said while replying to a set of questions in party mouthpiece 'Murasoli'.
