Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy today condoled the demise of Kashi Math Samsthan seer Sudhindra Thirtha.
Through his demise the society lost a guru, who enriched the spiritual legacy of the country, he said in a statement here.
Sudhindra Thirtha, who hailed from Ernakulam in Kerala, was the 20th seer of the mutt and the spiritual leader of Gowda Saraswat Brahmin community in the country.
He died at Haridwar in the wee hours of today.
