Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy will leave for a three-day tour to Dubai on March 29.
His scheduled programmes includes a meeting of SmartCity IT Park coming up in Kochi and attending an Industrial summit, official sources said here today.
Chandy would proceed to Dubai from Kochi, they said.
