Actor Anupam Kher has opted out of Sanjay Gupta's action thriller "Jazbaa" due to frequent change in the shooting schedule.

Anupam, 60, who was supposed to play an important role in actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's comeback project, said he will love to work with Sanjay in some other project in the future.

"They kept changing their dates and I tried to adjust. But my schedule could not fit into it. So, I had no option rather than exiting the project. I told Sanjay about it and I look forward to working with him in the near future," Anupam told PTI on the sidelines of IIFA 2015 here.

There are reports that Jackie Shroff has replaced Anupam in the film, which hits theatres on October 9.

The "Silver Linings Playbook" star said he has to juggle between his autobiographical play and acting school.

"I have a play and an acting school to look after. So, it gets tough for me if the shooting schedule keeps changing," he said.

Anupam was last seen in "Dirty Politics" opposite Naseeruddin Shah, Om Puri and Mallika Sherawat.
